-ULAplus was not working (wbcbz7). now all 8 colour levels
*palette blinking only in 48K raster, 128K raster - reduced blinking, Pentagon raster - no blinking

fixed sdcard reads when 48/128k contention mode slows down sdcard IO cycles. Also fixed wire/always pattern in 444 palette made by alone (quartus was quite ok with it while simulator refused to compile) |
